I’ve never been arrested or interviewed by the police. I’m not bragging when I say this, I’m sure the same applies to most people. Equally, like most people I immediately feel guilty if I see a policeman despite the fact I’ve done nothing wrong.

The feeling is fear.

It’s the same feeling that occurs when your boss (or your boss’ boss) asks if you have “two minutes”….

It’s the same feeling you have when you go beyond your comfort zone and try something new or when you take a stand away from the crowd….

I don’t advocate getting ‘caught by the fuzz’ but embracing that feeling of fear and using it as a barometer for how hard you push yourself is a must!
