How many meetings have you been in where everybody seems to be on their ‘best behaviour’?

There’s no challenge, honest opinions are hard to find and very little progress is made.

For some of you it might be quite a few.

By approaching your meetings with a degree of informality and a loose fit, it will encourage people to open up and bring their candour with them as they attend.

We all spend an increasing amount of time in meetings and it’s important that they deliver value.

You can still ensure they are business like, have an agenda with actions recorded but above all make them a loose fit!
