I’ve written in the past about how saying “Thank You” can be a huge mood enhancer and stress reliever for both the giver and receiver of the thanks.

I’ve also posted about how to make someone feel 10ft tall by paying them a compliment.

So, when I read this article by Lolly Daskall called “100 Ways You Can Express Love as a Leader” I knew I had to share it through this blog.

For most people, expressing thanks feels awkward but it’s the easiest and most effective way to build trust and show someone that you care about them.

What’s more, like most things in life it gest easier with practice.

If this doesn’t come as second nature to you, my suggestion is that you read through Lolly’s 100 ways, pick out a few of the simple phrases and just try them out.

Whether it’s at work or at home, every time you want to offer thanks, use one of the phrases. You will be amazed by how quickly it starts to feel natural and the positive effect it will have on not only who who you are thanking but also yourself.

So, what are you waiting for?

All you need is love.
