As I wrote about in a post earlier this week, I’ve felt under quite a bit of pressure recently.

As we hit the weekend I’ve been thinking what I can do to help get back to a steady state.

I was reminded of a phrase that Robin Sharma uses which is “recreation is re-creation” so have decided to spend as much time as possible this weekend outside in nature enjoying the fresh air and letting myself relax to wash away the stresses and strains of the past week.

I’ll be taking a walk in the local woods with my family, wading down the stream in our ‘wellys’ and taking time to enjoy the Autumnal season as the leaves fall from the trees.

Monday will come soon enough so for now it’s time to follow Nature’s Law!
