“What Do You Want From Me?”
There are two ways to look at this question.
The first is a positive. Asking someone what they want helps you to think about ways you can exceed their needs. To delight them. To amaze them. Always.
The second is what victims do. They ask the question so that they don’t have to think. So that they can colour within the lines. So that they won’t be wrong. Ever.
When you ask “What do you want from me?” what is your motivation?
